A 47-year-old Malawian mother has sparked an uproar on social media after she tied the knot with her 30-year-old son. The woman identified as Memory Njemani told critics that the boy is her investment, hence she is the only one entitled to being his wife.
According to Bhint.com the woman claimed this incestious act is her reward for seeing the boy through school.
She told Malawian media that, “I invested alot of money in the education of my son. Why should another woman be married to him and enjoy my hard work after I have invested soo much in him?
That will not happen. I’m marrying my son so that we don’t empower other women who have been aborting”. it was reported that her neighbours have labelled her a witch since she moved in with her son as his wife.
